exsanguinated
i find it interesting that the word "sanguine" means "optimistic," when sanguine is all about blood.
as in, exsanguinated.
as in, sangria.
of course, as long as yours is pounding in your veins, you've got something to be optimistic about.
on the stereo today: tatu-all the things she said/aphex twin-donkey rhubarb/calexico-crystal frontier/tobin sprout-natural alarm/sahara hotnights-on top of your world/todd deatherage band (on the roster of culprits this evening)-desperate/navigators-get out of touch/the dulcet tones of my back consistently cracking whenever i tilt my head to the left.
